Cannot read the HR folder
There are no performance reviews in the folders you can open. Ask HR if you need them.
A check before sharing more widely
If the AI reads restricted material and tries to save it where more people can see it, the server asks first. A person decides whether to allow it.
A record of file access, not conversations
Admins can see which files the AI read and wrote. The app has no screen for opening someone else’s chats.
People with administrator access to the server can access stored files and chats. On Trina hosting, that includes Trina’s operators.
