Before you start
- Your company address must be reachable from your phone. If it works only in the office, ask your contact how to connect from outside.
- These instructions use the browser’s home-screen installation, not an app-store download.
Step by step
Sign in at your company address
Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android to open your company address and sign in.
Add it to the home screen
Open Settings → Apps and read Install as an app. On iPhone, choose Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari. In Chrome on Android, choose Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu. The menu location can vary by OS version.
Open the installed shortcut
Open the home-screen icon. You may need to sign in again. Use Open menu to reach New chat or Files.
If you get stuck
The company address will not open
Check whether it is reachable outside the company network. The team server must be running for phone access too.
External service sign-in does not return to the app
Finish connecting the service in a computer browser first. Returning from external sign-in on mobile has limited support in this version.
