GuideThe first week
The first week, step by step
What to do in the first five days, who does it and how long it takes. On a hosted plan Trina does the server part with you.
Before you start
- How many people, and in which teams
- Where the company files are today (PCs, a shared folder, a NAS)
- Which Claude plans people have, or whether the company will use one API key
- One person to look after folders and permissions
Day by day
- Day 1
Set folder permissions
Make Shared and a folder per team, and decide who can see each one. Before saving, the preview shows who will see what.
- Day 1
Connect the AI
Connect one company API key, or let each person connect their own Claude plan in Settings.
- Day 2
Bring the files in
Upload files from the Files screen, several at a time. On a server you run yourself, the owner can also link a shared folder or NAS mounted on that computer as a connected folder.
- Day 3
Invite your team
Make invite links and send them with the notice below. Trina AX sends no email, so use your messenger.
- Day 4
Make the first team skill
Pick the task people repeat most, like a quote or a weekly report, and save it as a team skill.
- Day 5
Look back
Make the first backup, check who uses it and how much, and collect the questions that got stuck as the next skills.
On a hosted plan
Trina sets up the server and the address, keeps it updated and backed up, and goes through day 1 with you on the call.
A notice to send your team
Copy it, change the address and the name, and send it in your messenger.
[Notice] From today we use Trina AX, our company's AI workspace - Address: https://your-company.trina.app - First: open the invite link you got and set a password. - What it does: hand writing, searching and organizing to the AI, with company files. The AI sees only the folders you can see. - Your chats are yours alone. The admin activity log never shows your conversations. - Stuck? Ask (name).
