GuideGetting started

Prepare for Trina hosting

What Trina sets up, and what your company decides about files, AI connections and access.

Who this is forBusiness owners and the person coordinating your rollout.

Before you start

  • Choose how many people will use it and one task to try first.
  • Name someone at your company who can decide who should see each folder.

Step by step

  1. Outline your first task

Email Trina with your team size, the file formats you use and the task you want to try. Start with one small folder before moving all your files.

  2. Check your server and address

Trina prepares a dedicated AWS server in Seoul and your company address. Sign in at the address you receive and check that your account has the Owner role.

  3. Decide who can use what

Open Admin → Folder permissions to choose who can see your files. Decide how to connect the AI, then invite employees from Members & invites. Trina runs the server; your company decides who can access the content.

  4. Try one real task

Ask one employee to open New chat and try a small task. Check that they can see the right folders and that the answer is useful before inviting more people.

If you get stuck
